Hi all. I'm trying to locate a copy of Andrew Sandoval's Monkees Day by Day book. It seems to be out of print. I've tried eBay, everything, no luck. Anyone know where i can locate a copy of this? I've been dying to get one for awhile.

You might want to try amazon.co.uk or abe.com

The book is still in print in Europe, so the prices are much cheaper there for an in print edition rather than an over priced out of print copy - it is the same book, there is really only one edition.

Is there still a possibility the book may be in Canadian bookstores? Or do they have a pull date and send them back to the publishers. Can we order from your website anymore?
I ask because I loaned mine to a friend who really likes it and I'd just assume to let her keep it and get another copy.

I'm heading to SDCC this year, I had no idea that Rhino use to be there?!? Tower Records was there in 06, and they shut down I heard recently.
