Hey Rhino,

Besides the excellent CD releases of "Meet" and "More" what else do you have up your sleeve for the 40th? I know at least deluxe versions of "Headquarters" and "PCAJ" are coming.
But how about some T-Shirts, Monkeemobiles, DVD's?

I don't think so. Without full Monkees participation...or ANY Monkees participation for that matter, the 40th anniversary has come and gone without hardly a ripple. The Rhino reissues weren't enough to do it. I've been a fan for 39 years and I have NO plans on buying them. It looks like Rhino's plans to double disc some of the other albums has sh*t the bed.

The media/entertainment industry is just fickle enough that without Davy, Micky, Michael & Pete (or whatever combination) getting in front of cameras and crowds again, almost nobody is going to take note.
