I know the Monkees went to great lengths to audio record their 1967 tour, and I have the CD, but is there more VIDEO than in the episode? A complete concert would sure make an awesome DVD/product.

Yeah. That would be cool if we could see the uncut video from the Monkees live in Phoenix, Arizona. I wonder if that exists.
