Does anyone out there know who the guy is on the "Head" CD ?? He's on the Front of the actual CD Disc; wearing glasses. Who is this Guy??

John Brockman- he also made a cameo apperance in the 1997 Monkees TV (ABC) Special.If you want more info on Brockman, just google search his name.

Brockman was the Advertising director for "Head"-the story goes like this...Jack and Bert gave Brockman $100,000 to make some commercials. Only one problem: Brockman didn't know how to promote a group like The Monkees! So,he took the money-then proceeded to make these Avant Guard Commercials that made little,if any mention of the group! In fact,there was no sound whatsoever on most of them...just Brockman's face staring holes in the bewildered faces of viewers,then smiling slightly (On still others,he just said "Head...then nothing more!) It confused the fans,and turned the "In Crowd" completely off when they realized the movie contained the group! (at the Premiere of "Head",the audience walked out and demanded their money back! SAD...and more than a little frustraiting for the group,too) Michael Boyce
