Well, in the book "Monkeemania" by Glenn Baker, there are a few photos of them during the "Head" sessions. One is a picture of Micky and Peter together. The other one has Mike playing guitar with Davy standing in front of a microphone singing. I believe they were more together during those sessions than people might think.

Another interesting tibit on Instant Reply,

The song "Don't Wait For Me" had distortion on the Colgems pressing, it's on the Japan 91 CD but missing on the Rhino 95 CD.

Distortion? I've got to give those LP's another listen.

The Rhino 95 CD used a alt Stereo mix tape, it's close to the original for that song.
