Andrew,

Were you involved in the production of the following Monkees titles:

(1) The Monkees "Forever Monkees" 3cd set in collectable tin
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=7893291

(2) The Monkees "Works" 3cd set, 11/05/2007
http://eil.com/shop/moreinfo.asp?catalogid=418508

If so, can you give us any details pertaining to the sets? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Derek T

I got 'Legends Forever: The Monkees' 3-cd set.

Nice packaging. Tin case is larger than I thought it would be. I was thinking of the 'Greatest Hits' tin.

The three discs are the flashback discs. Not copies but the actual disc. As though they were removed from their flashback cases and placed in this tri-fold cd case that is included in the tin box. There is a small booklet with a few photos and a synopsis of the group.

It says it was produced and manufactured by Warner Music Group.

No mention of Rhino or Sandoval.

Overall: Just a nice looking tin, nothing new as far as music goes...

I also ordered "Works". I'll let ya know about that one when I get it.

:-)

It looks like that label (Demon record) might be reissuing Nez's solo catalog as well.
