A lot of rumors seem to be abounding while we wait... Confused

Seems kinda shabby to release the first 2 albums to stores and then just make the next 2 available via internet only. Poor sales or no, it doesn't seem considerate to us fans who like to go out shopping... Roll Eyes

According to the UK Amazon site, the release date for both these albums is now June 25 (ie put back a fortnight). I'm sure I'm not the only person getting a bit twitchy about the number of times this date has changed, but doubtless it'll be worth it!

Latest word from Rhino: The new releases will be released July 10, 2007.

Hopes are that maybe new tapes have been found.

i really hope they dont do a limited release of 5000 per CD....i was so upset when i finally found out about the Headquarters Sessions, a little too late, they were sold out. But that is understandable, but for a 40th anniversary re-release of all the albums???? especially after releasing the first two in stores. if they are not happy with sales, the lower the price...idk, i hope i can get my hands on these cds, and i hope they dont decide to cancel future releases..............

I'd hate to be a downer here, but Dr. Rhino said that the press release is a HOAX!! But,he DID say that the reissues will be,indeed, avaliable July 10,and that they'll be in retail stores and online,as well!! Michael Boyce

It would be nice if someone "offical" from Rhino stopped by and set things straight. This is their forum, after all.

Yes, Pool It! And Justus remixed!

It'd be interesting to see those two remixed, rather than just simpler remastered and it just sounding louder.

Someone other than Nez to remix Justus though, get Andrew and/or Bill Inglot.
