I'm very curious about this too.

To me it sounds like Rhino either hired Micky to support the re-release of Headquarters and PACJ for the Home Shopping Network. Maybe completely wrong though.

Saw this on another board:

"Micky celebrates the Monkees 40th anniversary with an appearance on the HSN Sunrise Show, Friday, July 20th during the 7:00am hour. The show will feature Monkee CDs, DVDs and a limited edition, exclusive Monkee item only available on HSN"

Anyone have any further information?

Go to HSN.com and type MONKEES in the search box. Three items show up: (1) Music Box with pin (2) Season One with pin and (3) a pic signed by Micky. When you go to each item you can watch a video of Micky's appearance. He sings with his guitar. And yes, he's wearing a hat. Looks good.

I thought he was good on HSN.

He was goofy as ever! Only really showed 3 Monkees related products though:

Monkees Music Box
Monkees framed ghicle (sp?)
Monkees Season 1 DVD Set.

Would've loved more music but what can you do.

Fun to listen to him play "Daydream Believer".

Will they have another ex-Monkee on to push the products again ?
