How can we find this out? Do we need to search credits of other Screen Gems shows? Or do we need to do research on them. What other shows were produced by Screen Gems at the time? I know Bewitched and I Dream Of Jeannie. What other shows are there? And I know there must be some short-lived, long-forgotten ones in there.

Aaron,

Was it covered anywhere, either online, your site or anywhere else. Which episode prints were lost by Rhino?

I'm fairly convinced Rhino has every Monkees episode intact. And, as I stated, the episode's original production number is featured in parentheses at the bottom of the title on the front of the script.
