Here is a photo I took of Micky and Coco from a concert they did early this month in Washington state.

Somebody really needs to tell Micky the hat this is STUPID.

That's personal opinion, and you have a right to yours. I personally like the hat and can sympathize if he's a bit self-conscious about his hair loss. The hat has become a bit of a trade-mark. I haven't seen a photo without it for several years now.

I also went to a concert in September, at the Washington State Fair and had the time of my life.

As far as Micky's hat is concerned; I just wish he'd get one that didn't look like it was a size or two too small for his head.

(I know, that's my opinion.)

The Federal Way concert was wonderful! And free!

(I can't remember how he put it, but in one of the Monkees documentaries, Micky said that he has never
had the problem where when he sang, all people wanted to hear were Monkees songs. That is so funny. That's all people want to hear out of him! And that's most of what he sings.)

Since it's been a while since we've seen Micky live up here in Washington,I am trying to convince the Tulalip Casino and resort to book him. (I live more towards the North Sound, so, Tulalip would be convient to go to.)

Anybody what to help? I believe if several people write to the casino requesting Micky, the more likely they'll book him. (More chances for new photos.)

I always see pictures of Micky working that tambourine. I wish he'd get behind the drum kit every once in a while. I must admit that I was disappointed that he didn't play drums at all during the Monkees concert I went to back in 1996. He's a great drummer. I love his style. He needs to do that more often.

When I saw him at the Puyallup Fair in Wa. St. back in 2006 he played the drums on 1 song. Unfortunitly, his microphone was off so I couldn't tell which song it was. I think it may have been "Sometime in the Morning".

Cool! Maybe he hasn't given them up entirely, after all.
